02/08/2025The worst baby camera ever!
To connect the camera to your phone is virtually impossible! It won’t scan the QR code! I’ve tried at least 50 times, I’ve reset it a million times and yet still nothing! I don’t understand why they’ve made it so complicated to connect!
Do not waste your money!!
There are way better socks and cameras out in the market !
This is just a waste of money and time

31/07/2025Total waste of money
We have the sock and the Cam 2. The sock is great and we haven't had any problems at all, but the Cam 2 is useless. It intermittently connects and I've ad to buy a WiFi splitter to make sure only 2.4GHz is available to it, otherwise it doesn't connect. When it does connect, it's normally taken me an hour, then disconnects when it feels like it. So just when I want ro use it, I have to spend another hour trying to get it to connect. A massive shame it's so unreliable because on the rare occasion it works, it does well.
And to be clear, I have a good WiFi connection of the right type. I've followed all of the guidance given on the website and by the help team and still have these problems. It's just a bad bit of tech.

05/01/2025Overpriced, frustrating
I was able to connect successfully once (after 2 failed attempts). I then unplugged it to move it and have not been able to pair it again since. I've tried resetting it multiple times with no success.
I can see it successfully connecting to my router, all I get is an unhelpful error message in the app saying it failed after 3-4 minutes.
On top of that, the option to pair the cam2 periodically disappears from the app.

04/01/2025Had a few issues.
1, it didn’t take long for the sound to have a static noise in the background which was annoying. 2, it left a permanent burn on my phone screen so when the app was closed, I could still see a shadow of the app. 3, the worst one was that we went through a stage of having power cuts and I first woke up to hearing my LO crying from the other room because we had one during the night and the camera doesn’t automatically reconnect to your phone, leaving your LO completely unsupervised (luckily I’m a light sleeper). Left me filled with anxiety every night that it would happen again I wouldn’t hear her so I ended up borrowing a single mattress to sleep on in her room until we got a new monitor elsewhere.
So disappointed after hearing so many good things about the camera.

30/06/2024Awesome camera!
Really pleased with this! The set up was a bit of a pain because it doesn't support 5g so I had to split the WiFi channels which is a bit of a faff but once that was done set up was easy! Also it says it doesn't support 5g YET so hopefully it won't be an issue in the future as almost every WiFi connection is 5g these days. Once set up was done it pairs brilliantly with the smart sock, showing the video feed and the vital stats on the same screen which is awesome. Very good image even when zoomed in and the night vision is great too. When you talk through the camera you then can't hear audio from it which is standard as it would create an unbearable feedback loop.
Very, very impressed with this and highly recommend it!

Don’t bother buying this. It’s overpriced rubbish. The night vision doesn’t come on even when it’s pitch black rendering the camera useless at night - when most babies sleep.
