Great blades easy to wash also and great price and great to store

I find this very helpful. It is so easy cutting vegetables when I am cooking or making salads.

This item is quite high. I am petit so found it difficult to use without straining my back. Perfect for fine cuts. However limited range of thickness meant that i had to go back to the choppoind board for thicker wedges. Product was far larger than it needed to be and not easy to store or aesthetic.

Perfect results every time. Extremely sharp beware a protection glove might be a good idea. Easy to clean. Very happy purchase

Absolutely love this. Very sturdy really easy to use and clean. Stores away really well. Easy to select the different thickness that you would like. Would definitely recommend this to my family and friends

The OXO Mandoline is amazing product. It is a all in one cutter and slicer. The sturdy stand makes it so easy to use. You can adjust the thickness and type by just moving the dial at the side. I love the fact that it has everything in one and you don't have a change blades all the time.

It took a bit of practice before you could get the mandoline to slice and dice easily. I used it plenty of time for salads, om potatoes and even on fruits.

Storing the mandoline was easy and so was cleaning it as you could put all the parts in the dishwasher.

The only thong I didn't like was that it was sometimes difficult to put the vegetables or fruit in the holders to slice, especially if the vegetables or salad was small.

Otherwise this product is amazing

The mandoline was easy to use over a plate or chopping board and gave excellent results for the majority of fruit & veg I tried it on. Definitely worth rinsing as soon as you've finished with it as cleaning it once the remnants of veg were dried on was more tricky. It felt very safe to use (which had been my initial key concern), and the blade is easy to remove and switch around to give a different style of cut. The different options on the cutting thickness were really handy. I quickly got used to the best speed to move the fruit/veg across it as when you go too fast the chopped pieces fly out away from the chopping board . Overall it was perfect to use when I had several different items to cut up, but I wouldn't use it for just one item purely because of the extra washing up required

A great product.. Although I was quite nervous of chopping my fingers off in the beginning I was really surprised at how easy it was to use and also very sturdy I have used it several times now and find it so convenient for chopping and slicing and also very easy to clean
