This is a fantastic pan. Quite a bit heavier than I expected, but not as heavy as my old cast iron pot. It seasoned easily and so far cooks great. I really like using carbon steel and am slowly switching most of my cookware to it.

This fry pan is exactly what I was looking for. The perfect size, sturdy construction, and two handles make it easy to lift and use. It heats evenly and work great for frying, and more. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the MINERAL B Carbon Steel Country Fry Pan, and overall, I’m happy with it. The quality is solid, but I feel it’s priced a bit higher compared to similar pans with the same gauge and quality. I'd give it 4 stars.

This comment is for those addicted to bluing. I blued it before use, turned out really beautiful deep blue inside out. We oven seasoned it and the non sticking worked good, already won over my Asian wife from her nonstick wok. The bottom turned dark silver from cooking but you can still see blue in the rim. Nice!

This is my 2nd DeBuyer, 1st one in 2016, as shown it’s the obviously most used one. It’s been on the grill, gas top, induction, wood fire…The newest got here couple weeks ago. Did the very light oil (grape seed) 450 for 1 hr twice. Used it for 1st time yesterday for breaded fried pork loin pieces. I cook outside mostly in the summer and used a glass top outside burner, which I am careful sliding it around. They were fabulous. Then did the oven thing again today. It’s lookin really nice so far. These 2 workhorses are in good company with my fairly sizable array of all things cast iron. This is an awesome product for anyone taking an interest in the type of cooking they are so good at, and enjoying the seasoning process. They’ll be around a long time after me

I love this pan! Food does not stick and stir frying is wonderful because the tall sides keeps food in the pan. The weight of the pan is almost as heavy as cast iron making the pan, in my opinion, better than a cast iron wok. Dee[ frying is a joy since splattering is kept to a minimum. You must buy this cookware. It is the last cookware you will ever need to buy.
