Very powerful and quiet gaming PC with lot's of RGB and uses completely standard components. It runs cool, is well built and features WiFi 7 along with 2.5GbE LAN.
The motherboard is HP's WukongOC, a mATX board with AMD B850 chipset. Even though it only features 2 M.2 slots and 2 SATA ports, it does have a 2.5GbE NIC, WiFi 7 and a well-equipped and actively cooled(!) VRM setup. The BIOS allows you to control the RAM speeds, voltages and timings effortlessly, however, CPU OC or undervolting is only supported in the OS, not on a BIOS level.
The HP OEM version of the RTX 5090 is better than many AIB cards and features a vapor chamber. Its temps are 10°C lower than the Ventus RTX 5090 from MSI for example. Keep in mind that it's a quad-slot card and thus obstructs the second PCIe slot from the motherboard, rendering it unusable.
The PSU is a Cybernetics Platinum rated unit manufactured by Delta and is OMEN-branded. It's fully modular, has a power switch and features a 0rpm mode for low loads.
The 9950X3D performs as expected and is kept cool by an Asetek-made 360mm AIO with LCD screen. In general, the used cooling parts, such as system fans are high quality and can operate very quietly.
However, I have to mention that the 128GB of RAM runs only at DDR5@3600MT/s by default. It can be changed to 5200MT/s using the EXPO-profile, however, this leads to instability and problems with POST once the PC has been off for a while. Also, the CPU doesn't run at full speed out of the box, enabling Extreme mode in the BIOS fixes this. I would recommend you choose a configuration with 2x 32GB sticks for better performance and stability.
