This is such an interesting, useful toy. Great idea for nature walks and science projects. Good gift idea for 3 to 8+.

Enjoyed this gadget at the Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley and was disappointed that I couldn’t get one from their gift shop — so I was glad to find it online: a gift for a 9-year-old, and the whole family loves it!

As my son is home from daycare and I am teaching him STEM, this product came just in time! He really enjoyed looking into the magnifying glass! I like this product because it has a clip which I was able to clip on with some other toys that he uses regularly during stroller rides when we go out for errands or to the park.

I raise caterpillars into butterflies as a little hobby of mine and my daughter loves using this to see the caterpillars close up. You can see them from all directions. I don't let her leave anything alive in it very long as I don't feel there's really enough air flow though. Overall, a great learning toy for children.

I wanted to use this with my toddler so we could look at all the bugs outside in our yard. We had a really great time catching the bugs and looking at them magnified! It's so neat to see them that close up. My 20 year old loved it too!

The Terra Kids - Exploration Magnifying Glass is a great educational toy for the inquisitive child!

It is super easy to use: Simply place anything you want (think: leaf, twig, insect, worm etc) inside and the item can then be safely viewed. Really really cool.

It doesn't enlarge the item all that much, but still super amazing.

My kids love this toy. They take it outside with them almost every time we go out. Not only do they stick little bugs in there to watch, they also stick leaves and flowers to use under the magnifying glass. Love this toy and how it gets them interested in going outside and learning about bugs. Definitely recommend it.
