Balle de massage avec vibration simple BEURER

The Beurer MG10 Massage Ball comes complete with batteries and is so simple to use. You press the button once for a harder vibration, twice for a softer one and three times to turn it off. It's great for getting rid of muscle knots and it's so small that you can take it anywhere with you.

I trapped a nerve in my back, about a year or so ago, and get the occasional bout of soreness / pain there. I had a chance to try this out and it has been great at relieving the pain. I use it on the lower vibration setting, as the upper setting is too powerful for that location, and it has been very good at easing the discomfort.

I've never used a massage ball but this one feels like really good quality and durable. The packaging was neat AND it came with batteries which is brilliant.

It does work really well but and the vibrations are a mid strength with 2 settings. However, I don't really feel like the vibrations made an difference in the end result and so with that in mind it is on the upper end of the price bracket for a massage ball.

I've had really tight shoulders lately due to work from home life so it has really helped with that.

This little massage ball packs a punch and is so easy to manoeuvre into hard to reach places. It has two settings and because it's so small I can take it away with me when I am travelling for business and it helps alleviate tight muscles after gym sessions. Really great find and hygienic due to the rubber outer casing.

I have been very happy with this vibrating massage ball. You can use it in so many positions due to its size, its small so that you can keep it in your gym bag without it taking up hardly any space. I like that you can also use the ball agains a wall on your back too. Good for easing sore muscles.

This is a game changer if you have tight muscles that won't release this does the trick I have disc disease throughout my spine and in spasm all the time this is extremely helpful

The soft silicone massage ball comes with an instruction booklet and batteries. Very easy to use on any area of the body needing a gentle massage especially useful for sore and tired muscles. Can be a bit expensive but overall a quality massager.with easy portability.

This is truly a god send . Helped me out so much with my training . Absolutely amazing with tight muscles. If like me I always get problems with my back and legs. This has two settings one more fast and second a bit slower. Does not switch off on its own . Very easy to work you just need to press the green button and press again should you want it to work slower . Just twist to open for the battery’s to go in. Really does it’s job and help with all those tight muscles. Can’t fault it at all. Very pleased strongly recommend
