I have made delicious cakes with this wonderful baking pan .

I received this product for free from de Buyer in exchange for my honest review. I found the product to produce a superior cake. The nonstick surface allowed for easy release of the cake. My only concern was that of the dark color of the pan. I did not over bake the outside and leave the inside under baked!

I received this produce for free from de Buyer in exchange for my honest review. In order to accurately test the baking pan, I doubled my recipe and baked half in the de Buyer pan and half in my regular pan. I baked them side by side, in the same over and for the same amount of time.

The de Buyer pan resulted in a more evenly baked final product. It also slid out of the pan more easily - though both are nonstick and both were greased before baking, my normal baking pan didn’t want to release the cake, and once it finally did a residue was left behind in the pan (as well as a pockmarked surface on the cake). The cake in the de Buyer pan, in contrast, slid out easily and smoothly, leaving no residue behind.

I was very happy with this product and will likely replace my other baking pans with these.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I usually need to line cake pans with parchment paper to ensure it comes out in one piece. The baked goods I made in this pan came out effortlessly as was the clean up. In addition, the baked goods were moist and baked evenly. I can't wait to try a new layered lemon cake recipe my daughter just sent me using this cake pan!
