Hotas VelocityOne FlightDeck - TURTLE BEACH

Ein wirklich Klasse Hotas.

Ich hatte ein Logitech X56 und war damit nie wirklich zufrieden.

Das Turtle Beach Flight Deck ist um Welten besser.

Rundum zufrieden mit dem Flight Deck.

Proper good HOTAS, dream for ADHD brains. Unfortunately the software is rather meh and touch screen setup is annoying, but the device itself is top notch

I would have given this HOTaS system a 5 but I cannot believe that the manufacturers used Microsoft Store as an access point for the drivers and setup. There is no help guides to configuration but apart from that the system is lovely, well made and comfortable, hence the 4 stars

This issue needs fixing asap! Many more have the same issue. You can’t even use the joystick because it won’t update, it just vibrates like crazy and crashes the flight hanger app on windows. Ridiculous for the amount of money for this product it should be top notch! Please sort this out

The hardware aside from a minor issue I was able to sort myself, is absolutely fantastic, my biggest issue is the software, my inability to customise the control output for both the touch screen and the hotas buttons is a big letdown I wish I had known before hand, I’m able to get by without the screen because there is more than enough physical controls across the hotas, the plus side is that in its very nature they have the ability to improve and update the software with time, for a pc hotas this lack of customisation is monumental, so it is my hope that this is resolved

This joystick has the potential to be one of the best HOTAS options for flight sims, but in its current state its let down by some glaring mistakes and design flaws.

Out of the box it appears to be a well made piece of kit and some elements are very premium indeed going somewhere to justifying its incredible high price point. However on closer inspection several of the Hat switches are so cheap in their construction that they feel they will break at any moment they were so bad I did not map them to any function making them useless.

In addition despite the claim on the web site that this is 'plug n play' for some flight sims such as MSFS, in reality it certainly is not.

The Joystick and Throttle are not recognised by the Sim and unfortunately it ships without a profile available. I spent 2 days remapping as many keys as I could but again unfortunately keys some were not compatible with the Sim and were again useless and unable to be used.

The touch screen is a complete disaster and cannot be used in any way. the switched on it are simple on/off and are not linked to any function within the sim just to a key press on the keyboard, thus making them also unusable

In short this is a very rushed product, with poor design choices and poor quality. It is not functional in Microsoft Flight Simulator, despite Turtle Beach's claim and at such a high price point their are much better product out there for cheaper.

This was a shame as I purchased this as soon as it was announced and I was so excited to get it despite it costing so much. I cannot begin to tell you how dissapointed I am with it.

The product is great But unfortunately the system is not mapped To any buttons And you have to assign everything yourself I was about to return When I came across A Facebook group set up by velocity one owners in the same situation
