I’d never used an epilator before so I was a tad hesitant. However, since using it for the first time after allowing my hair to grow a little I’m very impressed. It managed to remove even my short hair and left me smooth. It was gentle on my skin, and no chemicals used at all. The added bonus was the bikini trimmer. A great addition and easy to use. It comes with a handy brush to help maintain both devices. It’s unfortunate the plug was European. I purchased another adapter plug so it now works in the uk.

I was super excited when I received the epilator. The idea of having smooth legs for up to 1 month is the dream, so I let my leg hair grow to really try it out. I may have left it too long as it took quite a long time to get the hair out of my leg. I was quite disappointed with how it struggled. It is also quite painful to start off with and then I just think my leg went numb. It kept missing hair too so I had to keep going over my leg and then tried different directions to get the hair. I definitely missed patches but the parts I did get were quite smooth after. I also think a wireless one would have made it so much easier. It did however take a little longer to grow the hair back.

It’s light epilator which so easy to use.From beginning you need to have the different EU electric plug.

The shaver works so well and so easy to use just will need to get a batteries. In the package has been included but in the future you have to change it. Shaves well from beginning.Small but lovely especially for bikini area.

The epilator works good too. It’s painful to pool the hair but it has some small message roles on it, which you can easily remove if you don’t want, it helps from the pain.

The skin looks irritating after all the job but it gets better after few hours. The hair doesn’t grow for a few weeks. At least 1 week you can walk with out worrying.

I maybe wouldn’t use often it because it can be yours skin look irritating and not nice when you’re using it often. Especially if your skin is sensitive.

I’ve tried a few epilators and never managed to stick to them. They’ve always been too painful. But this one is one out of 1/10 on pain and it’s my new favourite tool for my legs. I’m absolutely over the moon with it. It’s definitely worth the price point. It isn’t noisy at and it connect to a charger so it doesn’t die I’m extremely happy.

I'm not a newbie to epilating but it has been years since I've done it! I was absolutely fine with any level of discomfort from the silk-epil, what I wasn't okay with was how long it took me to do both my lower legs - just under an hour! I appreciate it is something that needs time but I was sooooo tired and bored and tbh it hadn't got all the tiny hairs like it claimed it would. I will keep at it over the next few weeks in the hope it will have a knock on effect and I'll be less hairless. I think either having more tweezers or having them uniformed would help with quicker removal. I also find it being corded quite annoying.

The bikini trimmer is great though, I purposely grew out my bikini area to test it and with one pass it trimmed the hair right down to the skin with zero snag or irritation.

After a few uses, I can say that this epilator is a very practical and easy-to-use device for hair removal at home. I like that it catches even shorter hairs thanks to the tweezers system and leaves the skin smooth for longer compared to shaving. In addition, it has an integrated light that helps a lot to notice thin hairs that I might miss. On the downside, epilation can be a little uncomfortable the first few uses, but this is normal for this type of device. After a few sessions, it becomes much easier to bear. The massage rollers make the experience a little more comfortable, which is especially important if you are new to epilation. Overall, it is a good epilator for beginners or for someone looking for an affordable and effective device for use at home. I find the quality-price ratio very good and I recommend it to those who want smooth skin for several weeks without too much effort.

I received this Braun Silk Epil 3 to test, and it was my first time using an epilator. I was expecting it to be very painful, but it honestly wasn't as bad as people warned me. The results are really good; the skin feels very smooth afterwards, and hair grows back more slowly. I also didn't experience any ingrown hairs.

However, there are a few downsides. It's not waterproof and the cord is quite short, which makes a big inconvenience to use. It also takes quite a long time to epilate even one leg, let alone the whole body. Also, the device started feeling warm/ very hot after about 5-10 minutes. I also expected the head to be more flexible, and to have some different attachments. And the vibration in my opinion, is a bit too loud.

The small bikini trimmer included is a nice addition, the head could be more flexible. Overall results are nice, but I expected a bit more from the epilator itself and hoping it lasts.
