No doubt it’s a good backpack with nice finishing and also looks really nice for work/commute use. But here’s where I had problem: I have atleast 2hr commute to the city for work. And so I truly needed something weather resistant. If you scroll down you’ll see the description say “Weather Resistant- Built from experience, tested by weather. Our Weather Resistant bags are engineered with modern feature sets, angular accents and a waterproof, matte TPE coating. ” This sounded perfect for me as I really needed something waterproof to protect my device and paperwork’s I need to keep in hand everyday.

Here’s my experience so far in these 17days: From day one if you’re in the habit of putting your bag on the floor or god forbid a bench in the park you’ll see immediate dust streaks. Yes they come off easy, but it gets really old day after day. It was not a huge deal breaker for me so I still kept the backpack, patted down the dust or wiped with little water to get it off.

Fast forward, today was the first time I experienced rain that came out of nowhere and kept pouring all day long. I didn’t have a choice so had to be out in the rain for about an hour or so. Since it was advertised as waterproof, I was under impression that Atleast my backpack would be dry. But guess what, the whole bottom inside the bag is wet. The laptop was fine, but inside the laptop compartment was wet, and the papers got wet at the bottom. It was same in the outside pocket as well. I don’t keep any other liquids in there, and the water bottle is outside - so you can guess what happened. Im sad now because I actually liked the bag, buts definitely not waterproof

Classic Herschel shape and size but thin plastic material makes it feel loose and big, also worried about it getting smudged scratched cracked over time. Probably will return it.

I really like the bag and material, if only it was smaller, I will probably use it for traveling, not my daily use.
