Comfortable feel in hand and is easy to whisk batter. The wire is sturdy enough to move the ingredients yet still can adapt to the mixing bowl. This was quite an improvement from previous whisks we have owned.

This is my second purchase of this item. A number of years ago, Sur La Table sold one of the smaller sizes which I bought. Owning several types of whisks, it seems that I always choose this one and that goes for anyone helping in the kitchen.

The handle has a nice, comfortable grip and my arm didn't get tired when stirring the pancake batter. It came out so light and fluffy! My only complaint is how difficult it was to clean, but it was totally worth it. I highly recommend this product.

I’m a senior and my grip and strength have lessened over the years, but using the De buyer whisk gave me a renewal to be cooking more. Just as finely crafted as I expected, felt nicely balanced in my hand. Have used to make a few quick sauces and thats exactly what happened...the whisk is so well engineered they were truly quick sauces. Also I recommend tools from deBuyer for those who might have a little less dexterity than they once had....I am excited to try more pieces. I already have a kitchen full of stuff from many years of cooking and collecting but replacing some items with deBuyer tools is worth the trade up!
