    Too much milk froth coming out when choosing latte

    Is it just me or does the Latte Macchiato function give too many ounces of milk froth? I use a 20 oz. cup and I always have to cut the milk froth short before the espresso kicks in. Is there anyway that I can program it so that it gives me a lesser amount of milk froth? Do I need to do a manufacture reset? How would I do that if that's the case?

    Poor design for pods

    There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. The coffee it makes is as good an any Nespresso. It’s the design that whoever engineers these machines obviously never actually uses them daily. The pods rarely get pulled into the used pod chamber on their own. Then, the used pod chamber actually may hold 3 pods at a time. It will let you put 10 or so, but when you pull out the used pod chamber they all fall out spilling coffee grinds all over your counter.

    it is the milk frother it doesn't work it quit shortly after I bought my machine. I have a very small kitchen where I live and thought it would be perfect for here but I was wrong.

    Problems with milk drinks

    I have a similar problem to what others have reported. The machine was awesome for a while and now will not make milk drinks. Coffee is fine. No leaking or other problems. The machine just seems to not recognize that the milk container is connected and none of the milk drink buttons are enabled. I've checked the door, making sure the container is fully inserted, the knob is on milk and not rinse, etc. I did get a couple of years out of the machine, so better than some others. But there is obviously a design flaw of some sort that affects the reliability/longevity of the milk side of things. Which is unfortunate considering this is a fairly expensive machine.

    THIS MACHINE DOES NOT WORK C.CONSISTENTLY.

    This machine is terrible! I have had to use 2-4 coffee capsules to get it to make a cappuccino. Sometimes it won’t work at all! Frequently every time I turn it on it will only brew a large espresso. it won’t accept the latte or cappuccino option. so I end up with mnothing or black coffee and have to warm the milk in a separate accessory and add sepately. I have wasted over 10 coffee capsules. is this a scene to sell more capsules. I have to buy another machine so I can have coffee in the morning as usual.

    DO NOT BUY

    I bought this less than 2 years ago. Broke last April, sent it back to get worked on. Got it back, it broke again in September. So now I have an expensive machine, with a ton of coffee just sitting in my garage. So do yourselves a favor.... DO NOT BUY THIS. I wish I didnt.
