This is very light and easy to use. I was sceptical to use it at first but it really worked wonders. Have always had challenges with my leg and knee,i realised after using this heat lamp i felt better.

A nice little infra red lamp, easy to use but does get quite warm and you need to be careful and make sure you are safety conscious with your hands and always make sure that your eyes are protected.

It is light and easily moved from room to room. It is a nice relaxing machine that definitely helped with my muscle soreness but could not comment on the ability to help colds.

After using it needs to cool down and it is quite noisy! Cleaning is quite simple but again make sure that it is cool beforehand

Used this product a few times as I work a physical job and it has really helped ease my muscle aches and pains. Really enjoy this product and will continue to use it!

I was delighted to be offered to review. When it arrived was surprised by the size. Comes with eye mask and very easy to set up.

I tried myself and was so pleased to see how relaxing it is and time passes so quick. Feels nice and warm and helps take aches and pains away. Almost feel get in a better mood as feels like been out in the sun. Runs off electric and very quiet. Easy to adjust, I’ve tried it on my face, ankles and hands so far. My wrists feel brand new and revived after using. Need to let cool down before moving and popping away. Think will now become part of my weekly routine more so with winter. Would make a nice gift.

However, I haven’t used it for a very long period yet to fully assess the lasting benefits. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to use the special glasses provided as the light is super intense and they might feel uncomfortable. Also, it draws quite a bit of electricity, so it might affect your energy usage a little bit more than what an electric blanket would do.

Overall, despite these minor considerations and limited usage time, it seems like a great option if you are looking for deep, comforting heat to help soothe your sore muscles.

My husband used this for his bad back. He really felt the tension slipping away. We had a long drive & he took it with us as its portable & easy to use. It only need a short period of time before it starts to work. Good little gadget

Firstly, it is very easy to use and set up. There are buttons that can be easily used to turn it on and off and adjust the temperature. It has an automatic setting, and it turns off automatically after the specific timer is set on it.

Secondly, it gets super warm so quickly with a gentle, buzzing fan-like sound and gives an ample amount of heat to the required area. I have very bad back pain all the time, so I tilt it accordingly; it gives warmth, a soothing feeling with instant relief.

I have also tried it on the muscles in the back of my legs, and it helps.

It comes with goggles too, so safety measures should be taken into account as it gets super warm.

Definitely a must have for the winter season. Light, powerful and efficient. For the flu/ colds season we are covered. It deals fast with congestion and helps you breathe easily after only 15 minutes of therapy so, no more nasal sprays and piles of tissues .Its heat is soft but efficient. It comes with protective eye goggles but I don't find them of need.
