Ok, aber für den Preis viel mehr erwartet.

Wir haben diese Maschine fürs Büro gekauft in der Hoffnung dass jeder auch mit wenig Erfahrung guten Kaffee machen kann.

Leider ist es uns nicht gelungen, trotz viel kombinierter Erfahrung mit vielen anderen Maschinen, aus der Sage zuverlässig guten Kaffee herauszubekommen.

Auch die automatische Aufschäumung funktioniert nicht gut genug. Das Wasser für zB Americano wird mit so hohem Druck herausgepinkelt, dass es immer eine Sauerei gibt.

Die Bedienung nervt, ich hätte lieber gerne eine klassische Bedienung ohne Touch-Display.

Had this about 1 month. Delighted with it. I would love a couple more options on the drinks menu - cortado and macchiato - to mirror the options of the jet dual boiler. But overall brilliant to use. One other addition could be a pop up reminder to change your water filter. The coffee and milk are brilliant - using the sage coffee subscription too, so saving on the beans!

Gute customer journey zu einer sehr hochwertigen Maschine. Design und Technik verschmelzen zu einem Produkt, das man gerne benutzt um tollen Kaffee damit zu machen. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail.

As a drinker of mostly black coffees, I was considering the Touch Impress as more than sufficient. However, when viewing both machines in a store, the Oracle seemed worth stretching for. The larger display and WiFi updates were both nice to have, but the build quality and front water fill point were a plus for the Oracle. The sloping sides of the single basket mean pucks don't knock out as cleanly as the double, which is a bit large at 22g. A smaller basket to hold 18g would be nice. The milk steaming seems decent, but I have no point of comparison. Still getting to know the machine, but so far I'm reasonable impressed.

I bought this machine to replace my oracle. There was nothing particularly wrong with my Oracle but I was ready for an upgrade. It most definitely is an upgrage. The touch screen is responsive and easy to use. The various guidance that you get is of use. Being connected to WiFi means it is constantly updated with software and recipes. The maintenance guidance is fantastic, no more looking through a manual. I was concerned that going from a dual boiler to a single would be difficult but, to be quite honest, the speed at which this warms up sort or negates any problems. The fact you can tell it to do milk straight after the coffee is brewed helps as well. Honestly, I have not noticed much difference even when making multiple coffees.

The Coffee tastes better, don't really know why but, it does. Also the milk frothing is much better than the Oracle.

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing in order to give it a chance to perform or, not. It most certainly performs. Coffee is more consistent volume wise and as I said, tastes better even using the same coffee as I did with the Oracle. When a coffee description says chocolate and caramel notes, you can actually taste them. I am glad I have made the change it was worth them money

So glad I did. He’s a bit of a technophobe so I was hoping it would be easy timuse and it is… makes a wonderful cappuccino and so many other drink options easily. The whole family uses it effortlessly.
