I can now say I work out. The flow of this machine is nice. The Pro Carbon treadmill is great and and you can barely hear me as I’m pounding the track as it isn’t loud. I have been able to challenge myself and the adjustment of the machine as I’m running to incline which has been challenging in a good way. This is an incentivized review.

I received this treadmill a few weeks ago and have been LOVING it! It's straight forward and really easy to use. The dashboard isn't complicated at all which honestly makes it easier for me to workout. I love that I can connect my phone directly to the machine and listen to my music that way instead of worrying if my headphones are charged. The fan is a really nice feature as well! The belt is surprisingly quiet even at a faster speed. I have the treadmill set up in my garage so I'm able to leave it down all the time, but after assembly I did try to fold it up and it was really easy to do. Assembly itself wasn't difficult, just took a little time and did require two people. So far I've been super impressed and happy with it!!

This treadmill exceeded my expectations. I’ve never been much of a runner, but the intuitive controls made it simple to ease into a regular workout routine. Putting it together was a breeze, and I love knowing the safety cord adds extra protection. It’s perfect for keeping up with exercise on cold, snowy days, and it handles my weight without any wobbling or issues.

The Proform Carbon TLS treadmill is well worth the price. The treadmill arrived on time as promised and was all well-packaged. It took me about 2 hours to put it all together. The treadmill can go 10 miles per hour and adjust to a 12 degree grade. It has a number of cool little features, like a fan and bluetooth audio capabilities. It can also connect to iFit, but I haven't used that option personally. I like to just get on and run.

One of my favorite parts of the treadmill is how easy it is to use. I can just plug in the safety strap, hit a speed button, and then go. The screen is pretty basic, but that has actually been really nice. I periodically use my brother's more advanced treadmill. It is cool that it has all the bells and whistles and fancy features, but it is such a hassle to get set up. It always takes me about 10 minutes to get it started, whereas with this one I am up and running in less than 10 seconds. when I have a limited amount of time to workout, this is really important to me. I am six feet and I have found that the platform length is perfect for my stride. I never have to worry about falling off the end or running into the front. And that is amazing given its compact space.

Overall, I am very pleased with this treadmill.

I recently purchased the ProForm Carbon TLS treadmill.

Here are some thoughts.

Make sure you have multiple people available when you are bringing it in after delivery or from the store. It is heavy. Which you understand why during assembly the frame is pretty substantial. Hoping this will help with long gevity of the treadmill. I was grateful to also have 2 extra hands while I put it together. Once it was together I could move it around the room by myself fairly easily. I really loved that it came with the hex keys and wrench that are needed to put it together with. The installation instructions were good. Except the screws, bolts and washers are called one thing in the images are what are labeled something different on their package. The package has a number that relates to the image number. That took a minute to figure out. I realized after assembly that the screws bolts and washers were arranged on their packaging in the order that they are used.

The ifit app and workouts give a good variety. This works well in my house of 8 people with a wide range of fitness levels between us. The max speed of 10 miles per hour (6 minute mile) can be a little slow for speed workouts.
