I’m not really new to pressure cooking (I’ve been using my Instant Pot), but I have avoided traditional stovetop models like this. After using the Fissler Vitaquick to make Birria, I totally regret not trying it sooner!

My grandparents and parents have been using a Fissler since the 1980s. I’ve witnessed a couple of user errors firsthand that sent food exploding all over the kitchen and ceiling, which made me reluctant to even learn how to use it. However, when the opportunity came to me through Influenster, I couldn’t let it slip by.

Right out of the box, the pressure cooker feels incredibly solid and well-built. The stainless steel construction is heavy and premium. The safety features are very thoughtful. I think this will last my entire lifetime and possibly be passed down to my kids.

Using it for birria was a game-changer! The meat came out tender and the consommé was flavorful. I feel like this gave me more control than my Instant Pot. Cleanup was easy and straightforward.

Overall, this has completely won me over to stovetop pressure cooking. Very happy with this!

This worked just like it is supposed to! We make pulled pork our first time using it and it turned out super tender and yummy! Excited to keep trying new recipes and seeing what this thing can produce! It’s very heavy duty and worked great!

We used the pressure cooker to make butter chicken. There is def a learning curve to using this pressure cooker. The cookbook had a section explaining the cooker, much better than the actual manual. Easy to open and close and I felt safe using it.

Very well built! Easy to open. Does not feel cheap like other ones we have tried. We are a family of 6 and this will be perfect for our family. Highly recommend this brand.

Wow, the quality of this is definitely up to par for the price tag. I was not really expecting much if I’m honest, the price tag really threw me off and I was like ah it isn’t going to be worth all that. I mean how great could a pressure cooker really be? Boy was I wrong. This thing is very very good quality. Germany doesn’t mess around when it comes to engineering their products bc this thing is designed to last a really long time!

It distributes heat really well, and has the built in measurements on the size. It’s really easy to open the handle too and when you push it down I believe that even if you do have hand problems you’ll be able to get it open.

And I know how scary it can be to use a pressure cooker but it has an amazing safety system that it cannot be opened until all the steam/ pressure is out of so you don’t have to be worried about getting scalded anymore with these.

I think my only real complaint about it would be that it doesn’t have a rippled bottom but that just makes cleaning easier, doesn’t affect how delicious it is and how amazing it cooks roasts.

Def recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your cooking game! This is some HIGH end cookware.

Absolutely love my Fissler pressure cooker! It’s super easy to assemble and use, lightweight, and cooks everything perfectly. I made a delicious curry chicken meal in no time. The flavors were incredible and the chicken came out so tender. Such a great addition to my kitchen !
