The product looks beautiful! The color is gorgeous and the quality feels so good. The size is perfect for making sweet food. Really love them.

I had weight loss surgery, and these are absolutely perfect for post-recovery meals. I prepped a variety of dishes in advance and could easily pop them into the oven when it was time to eat. Now that I’m fully recovered, I use them to serve individual portions of sides like casseroles, mac and cheese, and more. The quality is exactly what you’d expect from Staub, and these are so much better than the ceramic style from their competitor. The presentation is great for entertaining, and everyone loves having their own personal cocotte to eat from!

My husband bought me a mini cocotte after I saw one on instagram and loved it, now I’m obsessed and bought 3 more to make a set! They’re great for small desserts, soups, serving dips, garlic confit, etc. I wish there were more recipes out there dedicated for the mini cocottes given their popularity but that’s not a knock on this at all, it’s great for its intended purpose. They’re a cute and useful addition to the kitchen.

Who doesn't love their own individual serving pot! These make every occasion special. Nice even cooking and cast iron keeps food at the perfect serving temperature. Use for desserts, appetizers, and breads. Also a great container for butter and soft cheeses. Many uses and always a nice touch when entertaining.

I love all of my Staub pieces but I am OBSESSED with these minis. All of the benefits of full size Staub just in a smaller size. The enamel coating is inside and out keeping with the traditional matte interior. The braising spikes are still featured on the lid. These are full cooking versions but I like to use mine for serving and for holding my salt and pepper in the kitchen.
