Where to start? Battery life and comfort is top notch. I have replaced an other brands pair of premium gaming headset with these just because of the comfort and battery life alone. Range has been great, I have been able to use these across my house with no drop outs. Setup was super easy, plug and play especially with the base station. The Ngenuity desktop app was a bit finicky, however after playing around for a bit was good to go with tuning the settings in. Onto the sound, it is great can pinpoint enemy’s with no issues, exceptionally clear. Only downside of the headset is the microphone quality is that’s great and has been mentioned by a few other people when using it. Other than that an amazing headset worth the price.

I’ve been using the HyperX Cloud Alpha 2 Wireless headset on my PS5 for a bit now, and I absolutely love it! It feels bery premium and durable and yet feels light on the head. I also noticed how comfortable it is thanks to the memory foam earpads. Another great benefit is that it includes an RGB base station that acts as your desktop control hub.

The audio is incredibly crisp and punchy. So much so, that footsteps and directional cues come through clear as day when Im playing first person multiplayers. The microphone setup is equally impressive. It includes a detachable mic with an LED mute indicator. My mates in the party chat noticed the difference immediately, asking if I had a new headset because I sound so clear. What did I sound like before????? Lol

I love the simultaneous dual connectivity feature (wireless and Bluetooth) meaning I can play games on console and take calls or listen to music on my phone, all from the comfort of 1 headset. And the battery life is ridiculous! If you just use wireless, You get up to 250 hours on a single charge, or up to 150 hours if you use dual connectivity, either way you rarely have to think about plugging it in.

However, it’s not completely flawless. If you have an Android phone and you want to dive into the settings and tweak the EQ profiles or play with the base station customisation, then youll be disappointed. The Android app refuses to recognise the headset, meaning you’re locked out of any mobile app-based customisation features or firmware updates. It’s a frustrating software flaw for an otherwise premium piece of kit.

Thankfully, the default sound is good enough that you don’t need to mess with the app to get a great experience on the PS5. If you can live with the broken app, the massive battery life, comfort and elite sound quality make it well worth the money.

This is a very high quality gaming headset. The noise cancelling for background noise is very good. Me and my partner both game and if i sneeze i used to hear myself sneeze through my headset but with this new headset i dont hear myself sneezing through his mic anymore. We also have 4 kids and none of our friends can hear any of them even if they shout or cry. The cushion for the ears is very comfy and much comfier than other head sets i have used. The volume in game is amazing quality and i hear a lot more even footsteps sound clearer. The base station is a fun add on, its very handy to mute my mic with and pause my stream easily. I also managed to add some sounds on it for when i get a new follower. The battery life is very good and this is probably the best mic to use if you game a loy. I reccomend this to everyone now.

Feels really good on, like the physical buttons on the headset for muting mic and switching to dual (wireless to pc plus Bluetooth phone) and the little control box is handy. Only criticism is that the software isn't perfect and sometimes it doesn't switch to the external speakers, tho that's probably because I'm on windows 10

Fantastic wireless gaming headset. The HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless delivers excellent sound quality, a comfortable fit and outstanding battery life. The audio is clear and immersive, the microphone performs well and it's comfortable enough for long gaming sessions. A superb headset for any gamer. Exceptional sound and battery life! Easy to setup.

Really good gaming headset for PC gaming, not so great for any other consoles . Earpads is soft, wide and confortable, but gets a little warm when playing for while. It looks sturdy and durable, but I only had it for a few weeks..battery life on the other hand is absolutely amazing.

The sound dock is amazing for quick access to sound shortcuts, volume and in game mix although they are limited.

The set up for PC was easy but I did have issues with the software the official one does not support the headphones and only the beta one does but trying to connect to the consoles is not good due to the fact it need cable direct from the controller to the headphones.

Headset works really well, clear sound with good ear coverage and volume is plenty loud. Connected to Bluetooth really easy and the controls on the headset were easy to understand and figure out. I can't get the audio deck thing that come with it to turn on so I've taken a star away as the headset works fine without it. It could be an error on my part but the instructions dont tell me how to turn it on.
