This is a great little product, one I didn’t know I needed. I love that is easy to use and isn’t too heavy to hold. It comes with different attachments which are easy to take off and put back on again. This is especially good when it is used alongside the Therabody app as you can target certain areas that you want to and set daily and weekly goals. As someone with fibromyalgia, this is great for neck tension and shoulder tension. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Theragun Mini is the perfect size to fit in your bag to use on the go, not to heavy either, it also comes with a couple of different attachments, to help with the different muscles or particular aches pains you may need it for. I have found this so useful for my marathon training and the aches that come with it, it has different power settings depending how strong you need it and the vibrations it gives. It’s definitely going to come in handy for me while I continue to run and going to the gym!

Perfectly sized massage gun. Its small enough to travel with so perfect of youre on the go. Also fits perfectly into your hand and dont feel like a chore to hold. However still solidly made. Its fairly quiet so thats also hand and the battery life is fab. It has different strength settings so easy to adjust to your preference.

What an amazing little product! The details are just incredible - the cards that come with the theragun to give suggestions on routines to the packaging. It looks and feels worth every penny.

The bag is super handy for storage and makes it easy to travel with/take where required. It’s very quiet and easy to use. Slightly on the heavy side but thats the only minor con.

The app connectivity is a massive plus point - it gives you personalised areas to use the theragun e.g. for better sleep or for sitting at the desk all day and walks you through.

I couldn’t recommend it enough

I’ve been using the therabody theragun mini recently and overall I’ve been really impressed with it. It’s super powerful for such a compact device and genuinely makes a difference for when my shoulders, back or legs are feeling tight and achy. It’s perfect for some quick relief after a long day or after exercise. The battery life has also been amazing.

It’s easy to take places and I love how compact it is with its little carry case although the extra heads don’t fit in with it which isn’t ideal.

It’s quiet and super simple to use. The little help sheets that came with it are great for giving you a guide on where to massage for what relief you’re needing. The only downside for me personally is that it still feels a little bit heavy for the fact that it’s a mini, especially for when using it for longer periods of time. This isn’t however something that I’ve put off by for using it. overall, it’s a really good quality massage gun. It’s really easy to use i’m definitely worth having if you deal with muscle tension regularly.
