I have been really enjoying using this massage gun .Its very easy to use and comes with different attachments to target different muscles I like how powerful it is with being noisy and it really helps relieve my muscle tension and i really love how lightweight and compact it is

I’ve been using this for the past month and can honestly say my back has felt so much better I always suffer with lower back pain and it’s really helped a lot

Battery life lasts a lot longer if you keep it on the lowest setting

Design of the mini theragun is handy to take away on holiday or if I’m travelling anywhere

This is a great little product, one I didn’t know I needed. I love that is easy to use and isn’t too heavy to hold. It comes with different attachments which are easy to take off and put back on again. This is especially good when it is used alongside the Therabody app as you can target certain areas that you want to and set daily and weekly goals. As someone with fibromyalgia, this is great for neck tension and shoulder tension. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Theragun Mini is the perfect size to fit in your bag to use on the go, not to heavy either, it also comes with a couple of different attachments, to help with the different muscles or particular aches pains you may need it for. I have found this so useful for my marathon training and the aches that come with it, it has different power settings depending how strong you need it and the vibrations it gives. It’s definitely going to come in handy for me while I continue to run and going to the gym!
