Great knife! I bought my first four star knife many years ago and still think the four star line of one of the best out there!

Love the ergonomic handle and the weight of the knife. It cuts so smoothly and is easy to clean.

A good quality knife that came out of the box sharp. The handle is comfortable and does not slip with using knife.

Have had a full set of knives for 20 + years and unfortunately it slipped out of my hands while carving a prime rib roast , landed on its point and broke the blade in half. Was devastated and had to have a new one.

Very nice and sharp out of the box - I have not had it for a long period of time, but the quality is outstanding. Only time will tell on longevity, but this is on par with several other knives I own. Ergonomic handle and balance are very nice. I believe this will be my go-to blade for prep. Blade is thin and weight is fantastic; durability is an unknown but a quality knife for sure.

I was gifted this beautiful knife as a housewarming present by my mum, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I grew up with Zwilling knives and have always known it’s a mark of quality. The knife is obviously of good quality and well-made, the blade is sharp, and it’s comfortable to hold. I have no doubt it will hold up for years to come. An excellent quality knife for any kitchen.

Got this knife via promotion, never had a Zwilling Knife...was so impressed I have since ordered 4 more including the 5.5in prep knife, 4in Pairing and others, superb quality, balance, craftsmanship, sharpness, can't recommend enough.

This knife is beautifully made! A good weight, however light in your hand. It has made slicing through though items like meat a breeze!
