Papier peint Palais Green & Copper Couleur vert GRAHAM ET BROWN

Beautiful rich green and flashes of copper in a stylish, dramatic but not overwhelming art deco pattern. Paste-the-wall is very helpful as a first-time wallpaperer! However, for such a rich colour the paper is white-backed, which means it is very unforgiving if there are even hairline gaps between drops as the paste dries - the wall behind was white and now there are a couple of tiny white lines between the drops, despite me putting plenty of paste on the joins and pushing each drop into the previous one. Knowing that now, I would have painted the wall behind the paper (or at least where the drops would meet!) to avoid that.

I used the paper as a vertical headboard, as shown in the marketing shots, and it has turned out beautifully. The paper has a lovely heavy texture, almost fuzzy, like parchment. One roll is exactly the right amount for 4 drops with minimal wastage (about 15cm repeat). I do think the paper is a little pricey, particularly because of the white backing, so I would be reluctant to paper a large area, but for a small pop of drama it works brilliantly.

This wallpaper was the first design choice we made for our new sunroom, and I couldn't be happier with it. The pattern is a perfect blend of modern and classic, and the paper is very high-quality. The green really pops, especially when paired with the recommended matching paint. We get tons of compliments on this wallpaper, highly recommend!

The Palais Green & Copper Wallpaper brought the perfect balance of warmth and luxury to our powder room remodel. The pattern is simple yet bold, without competing for attention from our full height tile backsplash. Came out better than we hoped for.

This is stunning wallpaper but it shrinks. I ordered two rolls and had a decorator apply them. The day after there were gaps were there hadnt been before-assumed it was the decorator. Ordered two more and although not as bad the wallpaper shrunk again . We had followed all instructions. Fortunately had a dark green paint sample and did some buffing up but for the price this is not what is expected. Made me weary of purchasing again expensive paper again

Colour not staying on the wallpaper. Felt the wallpaper was beautiful quality, heavyweight but the slightest smoothing that was slightly too hard took the colour right off. This was really disappointing. You really need kid gloves putting this on. No pressure no rubbing or you see the lighter spots when it’s dried. Devastated.
