    Cocotte ronde en fonte, idéale pour saisir, cuire ou laisser mijoter rôtis et volailles. Elle offre une cuisson juteuse et tendre grâce à son couvercle spécial et ses picots®. L'émaillage intérieur très résistant à l'usure, convient particulièrement pour saisir, rôtir et caraméliser les aliments.       Better than the pictures!

      The cherry red dutch oven looks even better in person, than the pictures. Super high quality build and materials!

      The 4 qt size is also the perfect size for my daily cooking.

      BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL

      This, and all my Staub Cast Irons, are a delight to cook with. My wife does the cooking (and cleaning), while I do the eating. All my growing-up years were constrained to recipe-forced food. Since marriage, I am blessed to be married to a wife who knows how to cook by taste, not by recipe.

      The Cocottes allow for perfect temperature stabilization.

      Best Iron Pot

      The 4qt is a perfect size and weight. Not top heavy that it breaks my arm, but just perfect enough to know it's great quality and good size for a small dinner party.
