      Great product

      Love this product. It's perfect for a clean look of any liquid that can be used with a pump action. I use for both hand lotions and shower gels. I've read about it breaking easily from a fall. I have not had that experience. My only complaint is that the pump action does give out after about 5 years of daily use. But then they also sell replacement pump, which I have also purchased.

      Both pumps broke at the bottom

      I bought two of these soap pumps two years ago, one for each bathroom.

      One of them started leaking at the bottom and the other one just fell apart at the bottom emptying the whole contents of the pump to waste. I am very disappointed at the quality. Umbra had the reputation of high quality products and I paid quite a lot for each pump and expected them to last for a very very long time. I've seen a few similar reviews, so I don't feel like replacing them with the same brand.

      This will crack!

      I bought this soap pump about 1.5 years ago and noticed a few weeks ago that the bottom had several cracks. I noticed soap had been pooling around the soap pump on my bathroom sink but thought we were just being sloppy when dispensing soap. I took a closer look and it has 3 large cracks at the base! I have no idea how it happened, and now I'm frustrated I have to put something in landfill that I thought would last way longer. I've had single-use plastic soap pumps that have been used for much longer than this.

      Leaks

      I bought 2 clear droplet soap pumps and both are leaking where it is attached to the base. I’ve bought your blue version and not had this problem.

      really love the look, so much i bought 2! first one i bought last year and after a while it leaked and it was replaced without questions! great customer service!

      Cracks from the bottom

      I love the design & bought the whole set as it’s so pretty.. however the soap pump does not dispense well and the bottom cracks & leaks.. I have 2 & both had the same problem.. so disappointed

      Great

      I find the Droplet Soap Pump perfect for my facewash, which was in a container that I did not enjoy using. The soap pump is heavy duty and dispenses the perfect amount of soap/face wash. Refilling the soap pump is a breeze.

      Unique and functional

      I love the look of this soap dispenser. It looks really sleek and modern while still functioning great for my kids bathroom. I love clear dispensers in their bathrooms so they know when it needs to be filled back up! I would definitely recommend this product!
