Easily the best pan I’ve ever cooked with! Even with our wonky stovetop, this pan distributed heat evenly, cooking food equally across the whole pan. It held heat perfectly. The nonstick feature is probably my favorite. Food just glides right off the pan, even fried eggs! Clean up is super simple. Nothing sticks! The pan feels heavy duty and is extremely solid. Quality you can feel and cook with. Hands down amazing.

This is a very nice pan. It's quite heavy. It's easy to clean. It heats up pretty evenly. It's "non stick", but if you don't use oil within a few weeks, it will start to stick. It doesn't give a nice crisp - for example fried eggs. Overall it's a very nice pan with a great value, and I love to use it for most things.

The durability of the skillet is really nice. I think it’s a good frying pan. I think you’re able to cook on low heat and there’s nothing to assemble. The performance is very good. Just wish that you could wash it in the dishwasher. 

Using this skillet has been very nice. I can cook on low and I’m able to cook efficiently. The heating heats up quickly and it doesn’t take much to wash it. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t put it in the dishwasher otherwise it’s a nice skillet 

This Fissler Ceramic Frying Pan has been a great addition to my kitchen!

The pan is very sturdy and can be used to cook a variety of dishes.

I seasoned it properly before first use, and I haven’t had any problems with food sticking to the pan.

I received the pan a while ago but did not want to write a review right away until I actually use it long enough to make a fair and honest review.

So my first impression about this Fissler nonstick frying pan is that the weight is not heavy. I have owned multiple frying pans including the very famous one but it is way to heavy and I really have hard time with flipping the food while cooking. This pan size and weight was just perfect for me. I use it mostly for making breakfast and pancakes without having to add any oil or butter. For cleaning, I learn from damaging several ceramic pan before by washing it right away when it still hot and sometime scrubbing too hard for a quickly cleaning. Instead, I let the pan cool down to a warm n touchable condition and just wash it with little dish soap, warm water and a soft cloth, rinse it well and let it dry for the next use. The picture is the condition of the pan after 3 weeks used- still look brand new. I love it and will see how long this pan will last.

LOVE THIS PAN! Ceramic nonstick is my preferred type of cookware, and I can tell that this pan is high quality - both in material and in craftsmanship. The size and shape makes it super versatile and I already know I will be using this regularly. My first use of the pan was to make Swedish pancakes/crepes and they turned out great.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with this pan. I’ve used it to cook eggs, sauté vegetables, stir fry chickpeas, and reheat leftovers, and it’s performed exceptionally well each time. The heat distribution is very even.

The nonstick surface is outstanding. One of my favorite meals is stir frying chickpeas coated in a tiny bit of olive oil and coated with a blend of spices, but it’s always stained and stuck to my previous pans, making cleanup a chore. This pan made a night and day difference. The chickpeas cooked perfectly, nothing stick, and the clean up was effortless.

The pan itself feels heavy-duty, durable, and well/made without being cumbersome to use. The handle doesn’t get hot like other pans I’ve used.

It’s become the go-to skillet for me and my husband. After using it for a variety of cooking, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this pan!
