A bit of an in-between size. Small for 2 people but larger than one serving. Good Staub quality though. Stackable and space saving.

I use this pan for my "famous" scalloped potatoes. The cast iron heats very evenly and holds heat for a long time. The enamel coating means no seasoning required and an easy clean up. The matte texture allows fats and oils fully underneath the food giving superior browning. Its great in the oven and to finish under the broiler.

These are great for serving on a buffet or at the dinner table. Hot dishes will stay warm out of the oven and to the table, cold dishes when placed in the fridge or freezer will remain cold. The dark enamel interior cleans up so easily, just add some warm water and a soft spounge or scrubber.

Lots of stuff this dish can do. It's enameled all over so cleaning is a breeze as well. Frittatas, souffles, and dips turn out quite nicely.

I love using this for side dishes because I can take it straight for the oven to the table and it is a beautiful piece of serving ware. It's great that it's made out of cast iron because it retains the heat of the oven to keep the food hot on the table. I also love how easy it is to clean because its enameled, so it doesn't need special care like regular cast iron.

this is quickly becoming the go-to for roasting veggies and potatoes in the toaster oven. The handles are comfortable and make it easy to work with in a smaller toaster oven.
