This is the best non-stick pan I've ever used. First, it's a beautiful pan by design. It has some heft, without being heavy at all. Next, the performance. I have used it to make a variety of foods and a lot of omelettes. I use a low heat and let the pan heat up. Once the pan is heated, the cooking is even and the non-stick makes everything easy. Food turns out excellent! It has been really fun to use this pan.

Excellent pan in need of a bit more conductive metal for induction stove top. It takes three times as long to heat up this pan as the bluecarbon pro and I have to cool at higher temp. Otherwise excellent.

The Ceranoa fry pan has exceeded every expectation. From the first use, I could feel the difference in craftsmanship and quality over my previous nonstick pan. It heats evenly, responds beautifully on my induction stove, and the ceramic surface needs no added oils to keep food from sticking. Best of all, no seasoning required! (although I do love my carbon steel pans too, this is a nice one to have in my collection)
