This pan is wonderful! It is replacing our teflon pans and acts better than the teflon pans. I am waiting for the 9.5” pan to be available to finish off my collection

The pan is beautiful and performs great. Once seasoned, it is my go-to pan. Love the way it cooks. I have the 9” and the pan feels heavy with the handle design. The edges dig into your hand to the point it is painful to lift it or turn it rapidly when making eggs. I bought the sleeve, and it burned during the seasoning process, so I didn’t even get to cook once with the sleeve on. You basically have to cook with oven mitts on, which is uncomfortable and clumsy. Too bad, because the pan itself is great.

I ordered the smaller size 8” pan. Probably should have ordered the 9.5”, however, I usually only do two eggs and this one is perfect. After seasoning and using it a few times, it’s now working perfectly with no sticking. Surprisingly heavy for a little pan.

I love this omelette pan. I can finally make perfect omelettes when flipping them is a joy.

I am enjoying my new egg pan even more than i expected! I wanted a healthy surface that would work really well for eggs and this is it. The Carbon B is easier to clean and keep seasoned than cast iron. I love seeing my eggs slide around in the pan and i know im.just a quick rinse and a wipe away from done!

Worth every penny. Super high quality and very good looking too. Easy to season.

I've always been skeptical about "non-stick" but I'm really impressed with the Carbon Steel. It's the perfect size for an omelet or just a fried egg and it's amazing to cook without it sticking. It didn't take long to season the pan and it's performing very well now. Thank you De Buyer!
